After pickup, your laundry is taken to our state-of-the-art facility, where it’s carefully processed by our professionals. Your clothes are always washed separately from other orders and our team ensures whites and darks are properly sorted before washing. Once cleaned, your laundry is neatly folded and packaged for delivery. Your driver can be tracked through the Drop and Dash App.We provide real time tracking information, so you can always see where your driver is on the map. If the driver has any issues with the pickup, they will give you a call directly.
