What is the process of picking up my laundry ?

Step 1

Start by placing your order on the Drop & Dash website or app, create your account and you’re ready to order. Choose your personal laundry preferences and identify any special items. During the order creation process, schedule both your pickup and delivery dates and times.

Step 2

You will be contacted to confirm the pickup. You do not have to be home for the pickup; feel free to leave your clothes anywhere else accessible to our driver. You can use any type of disposable bag for your laundry.

Step 3

Your laundry is processed at one of our physical Wash Smart Laundry locations, ensuring your clothes are never mixed with other orders. Your clothes will be washed by one of our laundry professionals and all clothes are inspected prior to wash.

Step 4

You will be notified via text when your order is on the way, and you will be able to track your delivery through the app or website. The driver will arrive at your selected delivery date and time window. Pickup and delivery service turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
