    Our machines are card operated. You can purchase a card with cash, credit/debit, Apple Pay, or Android Pay. You do not need to download an app to use our machines.

  • Do you offer detergent and fabric softener for sale?

    Yes, our laundromat is stocked with a range of high-quality detergents and fabric softeners for purchase.

  • Is there an attendant on-site to assist with any issues?

    Yes, we have an on-site attendant during operating hours who can help you with any questions or concerns.

  • What are the laundromat hours and when is the last wash?

    Most of our locations are open from 5 am to 12 am Monday to Friday, and from 4 am to 12 am on Saturday and Sunday. Last wash is at 10 PM. Our locations at 4030 S. Western Ave. and 5112 S. Kedzie Ave. offer 24 hour laundry services.

  • What sizes of washing machines do you have available?

    We offer a range of self-service washing machine sizes at our laundromats. From small loads to extra-large loads, we have the largest washers in Chicago, to accommodate your laundry needs, including comforters, linens, drapes, and other large items.

  • Do you offer a drop off laundry service?

    Yes, we offer wash and fold service at all our locations. You can drop off your clothes, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold them for you. Your laundry will be done same day and you are in an out in 4 minutes. 

  • Does Wash Smart offer pickup and delivery?

    In addition to having Chicago’s best laundromats, our partner company, Drop & Dash Laundry has the best pickup and delivery laundry service in town. Their professional service offers superior quality, value, and convenience offering 24-48 hour turnaround time guaranteed.   • Is there a vending machine for snacks and drinks?

    Yes, you can use your laundry card in our vending machines.

  • How does free dry work? What do I do if I have issues?

    You will receive free dry credits with every wash at participating Wash Smart locations. The total amount of free dry credits depends on the size of the machine. If you have issues with drying or using your credits, please ask an attendant for assistance.

  • How much does it cost to use the machines?

    Our pricing varies based on the machine size and type. You can find detailed pricing information posted in the laundromat.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, all our stores have adequate parking.

  • Is the laundromat equipped with surveillance cameras for security?

    Yes, we have security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our customers and their belongings.
